Is there any sort of cap to the amount of hours for a required on-site and/or remote fix?
No, it is truly unlimited. As long as the issue is covered within the services of Connected Office Unlimited, any amount of required time to fix the issue is covered in the flat monthly cost. This includes remote Help Desk or on-site technicians. If a technician does have to come out, your only expense is the low $35 trip charge.
We typically require a significant amount of IT support. How do we know if we should go with Connected Office Unlimited rather than combining the other Connected Office service packages?
Ultimately that decision is up to you but Connected Office Unlimited is specifically designed for companies that depend heavily on technology and need it’s best performance day in and day out. We’ve found that companies can spend as much as $360 per month per user in a typical IT environment (fixes, including IT staff expenses, etc)… Connected Office Unlimited drastically reduces that expense with a flat fee that starts as low as $3 per day per user.
Is this a stand-alone service package or can I combine this with other Connected Office services?
No. All of our service packages are meant to work seamlessly with other Connected Office services. You can mix and match as you see fit but we would recommending talking to us about how we could put together a service package that best fits the needs of your organization and budget. For instance, many clients combine Virtual Connected Office’s hosted Exchange email service with whatever other Connected Office service they are currently using.
